Miriam’s River House is a completely renovated retreat that includes meeting rooms for 4-12 people, featuring: 

  • A main meeting room that is beautifully adorned in the “Frank Lloyd Wright” style of wood, windows, and skylights interacting with nature. 

  • Two acres of numerous International, National and State Gold award-winning gardens, including a Meditation Pavilion, Japanese Tea house and Garden House, three water features, a Pyramid Garden area, and other unique structures and gardens.  

  • Two outdoor stone patios, surrounded by a plethora of multi-colored flowers and tropical plants, all adjacent and overlooking the Chagrin River.

AVAILABLE PACKAGES

Bring your team to Miriam’s River House for Executive board meetings, staff retreats, team building, or corporate strategy planning sessions to engage your team in a vibrant and inspiring environment. 

Executive Package

  • Full day rental available for up to 6 hours for $5,000

  • Available weekdays June 27 - September 16

Provided in your rental:

  • Exclusive use of property for company needs

  • Private WiFi, dry boards, and easels

  • Tables, chairs, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, linens, and service

  • Spa water made with organic herbs grown on the property, Lavender or Mint Lemonade, herbal tea, and coffee

  • A guided tour and explanation of the International, National and State award-winning Metaphysical gardens

  • Free parking

  • Fully-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms

  • Catering allowed

  • Riverfront patio function area

  • Non-handicap access

Additional 45-Minute Programs   

  • $250 per Program

Available programs:

  • Tibetan Bowls and Meditation. Letting go of stress through listening to the music of bowl vibration. 

  • Japanese Tea Ceremony Lecture. The esoteric meanings behind the ancient celebration of drinking tea in a Tea House. 

  • Lecture on Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing). Providing detail on how this growing global trend of spending reflective time among trees and nature can promote Health and Happiness for well-being. 

  • Culinary Herbs for People and Pollinators. Growing nourishing herbs for your own dishes while helping our endangered pollinators.
